Jagmohan Singh Nanda is the founding partner of the firm. Received L.L.B. fromGuru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar in 1996. He articled with the Honorable Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar, senior Advocate and now Chief Justice of the Uttranchal High Court.
He started his own practice at Punjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court of India in 1997 and successfully Practiced until 2001 when he moved to Canada and worked with Khosla Law Office until he was Called to the Bar on January 23, 2003. He has since been practicing primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate Commercial and Family Law.
In relation to his real estate he practice he Has closed approximately 5000 residential deals, completed multimillion dollar commercial transactions including Gas Stations, Truck Stations, Hotels, Development Land and Multiplex Apartment Buildings as well as various Franchises.
He is a Member of Law Society of Upper Canada, Ontario Bar Association, Peel Law Association

Called to the Bar in 1999, Graduated from McMaster University with an Honours BA in Psychology in 1993. Received LL.B. from Windsor University in 1997.
Has been successful in all levels of the courts of Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal of Ontario.

Lauren Davidson obtained an undergraduate degree from York University in 2005, with a major in History. In 2008, she graduated from Queen's University and was awarded the law degree of Juris Doctor.
Lauren articled with the Criminal law firm of Adler Bytensky Prutschi, and
continued to work there as an associate after being called to the bar.
She now joins the law firm of Jagmohan Singh Nanda with a strong background in advocacy, and a commitment to justice and client service.
